Financial Analyst

Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our finance team in financial analysis, accounting, and pricing strategies. The ideal candidate will analyze financial data, assist in pricing decisions, ensure accurate accounting practices, and provide insights for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis to evaluate business performance, profitability, and cost structures.
  • Support the preparation and analysis of financial statements to ensure accurate accounting records.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies and models that align with market conditions and business objectives.
  • Analyze and forecast pricing impacts on revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor and assess competitive pricing trends and industry benchmarks.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and internal policies.
  • Perform cost analysis and support cost control initiatives.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or pricing roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and accounting software PROCAS.
  • Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting financial insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
