Data Analyst

Position Title – Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at CORMAC, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and delivering insights to improve business performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to inform strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

· Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

· Identify trends, correlations, and patterns within data to help drive business decisions.

· Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate key findings to stakeholders.

· Perform data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure high-quality analysis.

· Work with business teams to understand data needs and provide insights that support operational and strategic decisions.

· Use statistical methods to analyze data, providing insights on customer behavior, market trends, and business performance.

· Support the automation of data processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency in data analysis workflows.

· Provide actionable insights to leadership, helping shape business strategies and drive data-driven decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

· Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Health Services Research or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience required.

· 5+ years of experience as a Healthcare Data Analyst or similar role

· Experience in Python, SAS, R, or SQL

· Must be able to obtain a Public Trust (Tier 1) Security Clearance

· Experience in Data Mining, Data Modeling, Data Wrangling, Data Cleaning, and Data Visualization

· Ability to process large healthcare-related datasets of unstructured, semi-structured, and structured data

· Proactive and entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to work in an exciting and demanding environment.

· Strong knowledge of Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros.

· Experience working with and merging large datasets, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

· Knowledge of healthcare quality measurement, patient safety, healthcare-related adverse events, Medicare, and Medicaid

· Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques, predictive modeling, and machine learning concepts is a plus.

· Good verbal and written communication skills.
